
"The necklace has a gold oblong pendant attached to multi-strands of turquoise-blue beads (kanch bija mania) attached to paired metal thread cords ending in a tassel. The gold pendant has three hollow gold balls covered in a wirework netting and set with turquoises and slotted over a cylinder which is ornamented with rubies encircled with concave gold petals, all above a row of gold quatrefoils with pendant trios of gold balls. Two identical gold round plaques set with central turquoises encircled with wire-work circles with granules in the middle are sewn onto the lower bunched strands of glass beads." V&A museum
